Info
I have a disability called Cerebral Palsy but I don't allow it to stop me from my dream of getting a career in the film industry.
Personally, I have been very motivated to get into the film and television industry. I am easy-going, humorous and enjoy working with others on different projects. This can give a fresh perspective and allows for effective problem solving; if a problem should arise in a creative environment.
Professionally, I am passionate about creating tense moments in any genre, Even though I do have a love for horror. Timing is also a significant part in editing, especially in comedy as it can turn the most interesting or entertaining stories to dull or unfunny. One of the films I made at university, Border Patrol is a great example of timing in comedies. I have samples of this in my work. Tension and timing is very important when creating the atmosphere in films so I find this to be the most significant component of my job. Having said that, I seek a career in editing a variety of genres.
I have edited a few things such as short films, music video's promotional video's, wedding video's and charity films.
